ITAC operate an extensive range of manufacturing equipment to meet the diverse needs of our customers. For solid materials, our range of hardware includes Banbury milling and twin roll milling, guillotining and granulation. For liquid mixing we utilise a wide variety of mixing techniques including Z Blade, Shaft & Paddle, Anchor Blade, Serrated Disc, Impellor/Vortex and High Speed Dispersers.

Batch parameters

Our batch size can range from as little as 25 litres to more than 5000 litres and a viscosity range from 50 to 2,000,000 Cps (Brookfield Viscometer). After mixing, ITAC utilises a wide variety of filtration media such as woven fabric and stainless steel mesh and/or perforated plate with pore size as low as 25µm absolute to ensure high quality, contamination free products which can be packaged into containers from 25 litre pails up to 1000 litre IBCs.


ITAC have manufacturing experience using a wide range of polymers and resins including polyurethane, acrylic, butyl rubber, natural rubber and silicone dispersed in an extensive range of solvents including aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, chlorinated solvents, esters, ethers, ketones and more. Add to this our many years of formulation experience for colourants, flame retardants, stabilisers, tack modifiers, reactivity modifiers, conductivity modifiers etc. We are confident that ITAC can formulate and manufacture products to meet the most demanding of applications.

Quality control

Post manufacturing, your product will be tested in our comprehensive Quality Control facility where we can test, amongst other things, viscosity, solids content and cure rate. These Quality Control parameters along with any process control parameters relevant to your materials, such as mixing temperature & time or filtration conditions, are available to our customers using our online SPC portal.
