Tracy started working for Itac in 2017 as Sales Coordinator. Her role includes processing sales orders from the point of order right through to delivery. This involves Tracy working closely with her production and logistics colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Tracy is responsible for the accurate reporting of sales activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. She has recently been given additional responsibilities for managing Credit Control and assisting the accounts department with supplier invoicing.

Prior to Itac, Tracy worked as a Commercial Services Executive for a large distribution company for 18 years.
