For some time, many of our customers have been enjoying the benefits of our online Statistical Process Control System, which records and reviews ‘critical to function’ production parameters. The password-protected pages provide them with a quick and easy view of all aspects of each production batch. We have recently invested in upgrading the popular service. As well as visual improvements including, clearer better graphs and charts, customers can now choose to view statistical information incrementally, for any period since they first registered for the service.

By demonstrating proof of quality, it delivers confidence in every batch together with the opportunity to optimise the production process – a dynamic tool for those who demand the ultimate in process control.
SPC How does it work and what can it provide?
Customers, who express an interest, are able to view an on-line generic demonstration of how the system works. Once satisfied that they can benefit, Itac will provide a password to gain secure on-line portal access to their specific production data. They will then join many existing Itac users in being able to gain quick access to QC Information on-line at any time. Registered customers are able see individual agreed quality parameters for each product supplied. Individual product files show data and performance against specification in both a graphical and tabular format.
Users of the system are able to select what they see from the last number of batches or between any desired dates. The Information provides “at a glance” confirmation of performance against specification. This information is frequently used when system users are involved in quality discussions with their own customers. It gives an additional level of support and reassurance against product quality consistency and repeatability. The Information allows Itac customers to align optimal process conditions with corresponding batch data to increase output or reduce quality exclusions.
