Now as part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have commissioned a ‘state of the art’ computer software programme, which will revolutionise our order process, management and delivery system, extending the array of added value services that we provide to our customers. As well as being able to track any order in the buying and production chain, customers will from now on receive a regular quarterly review, itemising all dealings they have had with Itac during that period.
