Itac’s long term commitment to Investors In People is clear and readily
observed. During a recent series of culture workshops General Manager,
Steve Farnworth, tasked the team to summarise the tenets that they hold most
dear in the workplace.
Together the group arrived at 5 key values:
• competent • trustworthy • successful • respectful • fulfilled
These i5 Values have since been adopted as the business mantra, becoming
the performance benchmark for the whole Itac team. Graphics, featuring all five, and the lexicon of words and sentiments behind each value are now on prominent display at the Manchester factory.
